Prospect produce high quality new build housing. But their website had not been updated for some time. They needed a new site that spoke to home buyers young and old. A long list of user considerations needed to be addressed with the overarching goal of helping people to find their ideal home. I was commissioned to redesign the look and feel of the site, plan the user flow with consideration of three key personas (first time buyers, second time buyers and downsizes).
